Mardle Made Shop Update and New Triangle Collection

So it's been a little while since I posted on this here blog, but it's been for good reason.  You see I've been tucked away in my silversmithing stuido creating lots of lovely new dainties for you!

I've been working on a new collection based on triangles, one of the basic shapes in geometry.  I'd been thinking about triangles a lot and then when The Boy and I visited Toronto back in June we enjoyed some lunch in the underground bar of the Flat Iron buidling. The shape of the building and the furniture therein really got my imagination firing.  I hope you enjoy the new collection.

I've also added a few more items I've been working on, including bangles, necklaces and earrings.

I'd love to know what you think, good or bad, I always value feedback on my creations and it helps me make more beautiful jewellery in the future.

Happy Monday my lovelies!

Mardle Made at Coffee Craft & Cupcakes - Sat 12 October

So you may have noticed that it's been a little quiet on this here blog lately.  That's because I've been locked away in my little studio preparing for the latest Coffee, Craft & Cupcakes sale, 12 October at Shelly Manor, Boscombe.

I'm really excited to be part of this amazing event!  I've been to a couple of these events as a visitor before and they are amazing.  The curators select fabulous local artisan makers from a selection of craft genres and everything on sale is of such high quality.

I'll be selling handmade silver jewellery ranging from earrings to bangles to necklaces.  Prices will start at as little as £12 with the most expensive item being £65.  I currently only have the capability to take cash so please come prepared.  I hope to post some photos midweek of the jewellery I've been making......just to tempt you a little!

I'll also be selling some beautiful cards made from vintage ephemora and some handmade driftwood signs.

As a special treat I'm going to be offering a little discount to all my lovely blog followers.....just say walnut whip for a 10% discount!

I really hope you'll be able to join me, I promise the event will be well worth a visit!

Happy Monday my lovelies. xx
